We will do everything possible to guarantee your satisfaction. Your delivery will be shipped with a tracking number and insured; this is included in the price.  If after 24 hours upon delivery you are not satisfied. Send product back in same condition with a copy of the receipt and we will refund your money. If product becomes damaged from anything other than normal use, we will fix, or replace item at our discretion. Individuals who need to send a product back are required to pay shipping, handling with tracking numbered as well as insured back to us.  Each item is very unique and made to be that way. We take pride in that it should last.

If you EVER have a problem with your knife, and it is a flaw in the materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it. For as long as I am or we are making knives!

Natural handle materials, do not apply, due to the nature of these materials.  Woods, fossils, ivory, bone or horn… These materials are by nature affected by moisture, heat, humidity changes, etc. But I - (We will do our best to help you if there is a problem at little to no cost).

Neglect or abuse does not apply, and voids any and all warranty. All knives are cutting tools, Please do not try and use your knife as a screwdriver and a hammer or pry bar… Then wonder why this knife BROKE! Or you cut yourself?? !! ??  (Common sense goes a long way when using a knife! And how YOU sharpen your knife is very important. Directions should be included.

Customer satisfaction is a priority for us. If it’s fixable, we will do whatever is needed; we’ll either repair it or replace it.

In the event you buy one of my knives and are not completely satisfied, contact me within 24 hrs of receiving the knife.  Send it back in the same condition as when it was received, after it’s returned, and inspected. I will refund your original purchase price.

Making and owning a custom knife is FUN! I love what I do... And my customers! These terms are just guidelines. All are subject to change or if need be I will adopt new ones.
